As the Sales & Support Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in strengthening, standardizing, and supporting process improvements across our organization.  This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s future growth and increasing profitability by identifying, designing, implementing, and improving processes involved with daily sales operations.  In addition, this position will help support our fast-paced Customer and Sales Support team, which provides an elevated level of support to customers, sales managers, and our partners.

Essential Functions

• Support implementation of system upgrades
• Support and train employees on process improvements
• Understand sales methodology for the organization
• Identify, investigate and propose solutions to process/system challenges
• Efficiently utilize multiple internal systems to support order processing
• Learn and apply applicable construction industry knowledge and manufacturing processes to provide support during the sales cycle
• Work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a cross-functional team environment to resolve customer needs and impact process improvements
• Support sales leadership reporting needs 
• Other functions as determined by organizational needs

Qualifications 

• Proficient computer skills including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills, identify issues and bring them forward
• Salesforce CRM and ERP experience (helpful)
• Ability to create work instructions and training materials
• Ability to manage shifting priorities
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction industry
