Product Marketing Coordinator
Join the Nystrom marketing department and gain hands-on experience across a variety of functions. This role offers the opportunity in go-to-market campaign coordination, continuing education program promotion, digital marketing, and trade show and event planning. Responsibilities include assisting with product document production, coordinating webinars, tracking digital analytics, and supporting social media, website and e-commerce activities making this a great entry point for anyone eager to grow in the marketing field.
Base Wage: $28.00 per hour / $2,240.00 per biweekly pay period
Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Campaign Coordination
- Assist product team with editing and formatting product documentation
- Coordinate document publication on internal content management system, company websites
- Administer copy and image edits to company websites
- Coordinate printing of catalogs, other print materials, branded merchandise
- Handle collateral and merchandise requests
Continuing Education Programs Coordination
- Administer continuing education programs including schedule and produce webinars; monthly email promotion, monthly attendance list uploads to Salesforce; attendance tracking, quarterly reporting
Digital Coordination
- Maintain accurate product information on company and distributor websites via uploading documents and creating new or editing copy and images.
- Coordinate asset development for social media posts, email campaigns, blog posts
- Assist in HubSpot contact management as needed
- Create and maintain content on internal video boards
Trade Shows & Events Coordination
- Coordinate trade show activities including show service orders, hotel reservations, internal communications, shipment preparation, printing, signage, etc.
- Track and report on trade show engagement and email initiatives
- Coordinate miscellaneous event video projects
Miscellaneous Project Coordination
- Employee headshot and product photography
- Coordinate miscellaneous distributor/customer requests
- Assist and coordinate miscellaneous projects as necessary
Experience
- 2 years of related experience
- Creating copy and images for social media, posting on platforms, using HubSpot or similar
- Canva, Zoom, Social Media (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, SlideShare)
- Adobe Design Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Use of Salesforce or other CRM system
- Ability to meet deadlines in a face-paced and dynamic environment
