Susan is responsible for translating our business vision into human resources initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth and employee engagement. Her mantra is “talent is everything” — and she’s an expert at spotting it, inspiring it and helping employees grow by focusing on their unique gifts and strengths. Susan is also committed to our social, environmental and economic initiatives, which include offering every employee two paid days per year to volunteer. Susan enjoys spending time in her hometown of Hayward, WI boating, snowmobiling and ice fishing with family.
