Matt Benson
A self-described student of manufacturing for more than 20 years, Matt realized early on that leading teams was his calling. Every step in his professional life has brought him new insights into how to manage effective relationships, meet customer expectations, and improve organizational outcomes. As COO, Matt is a change agent who provides leadership, management, and vision for business operations. Building and optimizing customer-focused teams to function at a high level has become the cornerstone on which he’s built his career. Matt says his greatest accomplishment is seeing the success of those he has managed and mentored over the years. Away from work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family of six hiking, camping, and attending sporting events.
