With 20+ years in manufacturing, Kara is fueled by her passion for building strong, efficient, and safe teams that deliver top-quality products and timely deliveries at Nystrom. Kara enjoys guiding teams toward operational excellence and sustainable growth through continuous improvement methods. She holds a BS in Business and Sports Management from the University of Minnesota and enjoys running, working out, cooking and golfing with her husband, and cheering on her two boys in all their sports activities.
