The curb and cover are insulated with a adhesive-backed gasketing seal applied to the lid. To ensure against leakage from snow or water buildup, the lids are mounted on a 12" curb with a counter flashing. The roofing material or membrane is tucked under the counter flashing and secured using Nystrom’s Z Tabs.
